Filters you can set
- Industry. Matched on company names and descriptions against a keyword list we agree on with you.
- Country and region. One country or several, narrowed to provinces, states or cities.
- Filing recency. For example, only companies that filed in 2024 or later, so you skip the dormant ones.
- Status. Active corporations only. Dissolved and amalgamated companies are dropped.
- No numbered companies. Numbered holding companies and shells are removed unless you want them.
A recent manufacturing list came to 5,396 companies after these filters, delivered in three sheets of about 1,800 rows each.
Add-on in testing: websites and IT contacts
We're testing a step that finds each company's website and pulls named IT and operations contacts from its team and contact pages, with the source page saved next to every contact so your reps can check it.
It's offered on request while we measure hit rates. We'll tell you the match rate on a sample before running your full list.
Where does the data come from?
Company names, addresses and registration numbers come from each country's public business registry. Contact fields come from the filings and from the company's own public pages.
Which countries do you cover?
Canada is fully built and running. For any other country we confirm the official registry source, run a sample, and show you the match rate before we quote the full list.
What format do I get?
An Excel workbook (.xlsx). Large lists are split across sheets so they open quickly. We don't send raw CSVs, because they scramble columns in some versions of Excel.
How long does a list take?
Most lists are ready within a day or two of agreeing on the filters. The add-on contact lookup takes longer and depends on list size.
Tell us your market.
Name the countries, the industry, and roughly how many companies you want. We'll confirm the filters and a price before we build anything.
